You work hard in the gym.
You train chest, back, arms, and shoulders every week….legs once a month (just to tick them off)
And what’s up with that guy in the gym who doesn’t look like he’s training as hard as you but is incredibly ripped?
Frustrated, you find a workout off Bodybuilding.com or out of Muscle and Fitness magazine. You go hard for two weeks before life gets in the way and you miss a workout here and there.
Eventually you give up on that one.
Next you realise there is a fantastic meal plan in Men’s Health Magazine so you follow that before you get sick of counting how many almonds you had….you ate 9 but your plan said 7. Uh oh!!
Now you’re stuck in the cycle of waking up each morning, looking in the mirror, and feeling frustrated and annoyed that nothing is working despite the time and effort you dedicate.
You open Facebook and you see shredded guy telling you how you can look like him. But he gets paid to look like that day in day out. And who knows what help he’s getting from, ahem, “special supplements.”
Motivation starts to fade and you wonder, “Why bother? I guess my body is never going to be lean and muscular”.
I don’t blame you for feeling this way. I felt like this for years. Dissatisfied with how I look. Embarrassed to take my shirt off.
The truth is, getting a ripped six pack is hard and the odds are stacked against you.
Everybody is different. That’s why those generic meal plans and workouts from the magazines didn’t work.[/text_block]
I’m the Top Trainer for MENS HEALTH Magazine Australia with a proven track record of getting results.
I’ve also presented at the Fitness & Power Muscle Building Summit that was seen by people all around the world.[/text_block]
I was unfit. I liked eating sugar. I dreaded athletics carnivals.
There’s something about coming last in front of the entire school or region that doesn’t appeal to me. In fact, it made me sick to my stomach.
This went on for years.
The only sport I was good at was Rugby. I was big enough to cause damage and I enjoyed it.
But, I was also a Prop. This position is at the front of the scrum and it’s reserved for the fat kids. Great…[/text_block]
I started to build muscle. We had small rivalries over who could bench the most. I never won but damn I came close.
My biceps grew.
My quads commanded attention.
But I still wasn’t ripped. I was just big.
I didn’t know the fish and chips I ate every night was destroying any hopes I had of seeing my abs.
I found the missing link. Education and implementation.
The good news for you: I’ve got the know how, and I know how to help you implement it.
With this coaching program, you’ll change all of this, once and for all.
As my client, whether you’re a beginner or advanced lifter, I can help you lose fat and get jacked in under an hour per day, without all the information overload, and at a fraction of the cost of the average 17 year old trainer at your gym.[/text_block]
Ethan did a fantastic job with smashing some fat off me with some late notice sessions before I went on holidays. Love the results and loved the training
I went to him for a weight loss program…I weighed a hefty 97kg holding on to FAT which is not healthy for a 43 man to be in or any age?
Mind you I had been interviewing numerous trainers beforehand and I couldn’t see the inspiration I needed so Ethan eventually came along and now I’ve lost over 20kg. I now feel and look 100% and taken years off my appearance ( not that it matters )? So really if you want to succeed, don’t wait for tomorrow because I regret not doing it earlier and you get that way.
But definitely a Gold medal for this fellow and if platinum? That also. A real dude!
