Now you’re stuck in the cycle of waking up each morning, looking in the mirror, and feeling frustrated and annoyed that nothing is working despite the time and effort you dedicate.

You open Facebook and you see shredded guy telling you how you can look like him. But he gets paid to look like that day in day out. And who knows what help he’s getting from, ahem, “special supplements.”

Not only that, I was heavily bullied in high school to the point where I hated school and even life.

The gym.

I started to build muscle. We had small rivalries over who could bench the most. I never won but damn I came close.

My biceps grew.

My quads commanded attention.

But I still wasn’t ripped. I was just big.

I didn’t know the fish and chips I ate every night was destroying any hopes I had of seeing my abs.

Thanks to Ethan’s training I dropped my 200m backstroke time by 4 seconds which is unusual for an 18 yr. old.
Not only have my results improved for swimming, but my diet has improved out of site. I’m now eating healthier and a lot more than what I was at the start of this year.

I went to him for a weight loss program…I weighed a hefty 97kg holding on to FAT which is not healthy for a 43 man to be in or any age?
Mind you I had been interviewing numerous trainers beforehand and I couldn’t see the inspiration I needed so Ethan eventually came along and now I’ve lost over 20kg. I now feel and look 100% and taken years off my appearance ( not that it matters )? So really if you want to succeed, don’t wait for tomorrow because I regret not doing it earlier and you get that way.
But definitely a Gold medal for this fellow and if platinum? That also. A real dude!

    Every body is different. Your program, your calories, your coaching are unique to you. Otherwise I’d be no different to the magazine workouts that promise abs within a week.

    Age is no barrier. If you are over 40 then I would encourage you to get coaching. As you age, sarcopenia occurs. This is pretty much muscle wasting and the longer you leave it, the more muscle you lose.

    Yes. We will start at the basics and before long, you’ll feel like a pro!
